My practice is built on a thirty plus year career in middle and senior leadership in education, guiding people and organisations through complex landscapes of personal and professional growth. Having steered individuals and teams through periods of significant uncertainty, steady growth and profound change, I understand the unique weight of personal and leadership decision-making and the human investment it takes to navigate a successful path.

I combine this deep lived experience with formal, ICF-accredited training and a Level 7 qualification in personal and professional coaching. Grounded in a commitment to deep listening, my approach is adaptive—integrating real-world insights with structured coaching psychology. Rather than offering a generic formula, I create an objective, reflective environment designed to help you uncover missing pieces, challenge established patterns, and unlock the clarity to act.
